Free Returns

• We offer FREE returns for items returned within 15 days of purchase.
• Returns that are insured and postage prepaid by the purchaser are accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Please note that oversize items are excluded from FREE returns.

Oversize Items Oversize items, which include but are not limited to rods, rod & reel combos, and inflatable kayaks, will be clearly marked on their product details page. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns.

Return Conditions All merchandise returned or exchanged must have the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers attached. Sales of spooled line and live or frozen bait are final, with no returns or exchanges permitted. To facilitate your return, please include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

Manufacturer's Warranty Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which may require items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please contact us, and we will assist you in facilitating returns for these items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number for all returns. A return shipment label will be provided for orders that qualify for FREE returns.

Order Errors If we made a mistake on your order, both the original shipping and handling charges, as well as return shipping, will be free of charge. Please allow 3-5 business days for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchanged item.
